Originally established in 1962, Stoneridge Country Club was given a facelift and redesigned by Ted Robinson in 1972. The improvements have made for a great round of golf, and this is one of the best private courses in an affordable range. The golf course provides two slightly different and challenging nines: The front nine is fairly level, while the back is more hilly. In the afternoons the breeze kicks up here, and there are plenty of beautiful mature trees to contend with. Established traditional homes in the area start around $270,000.

- Golf: Traditional, private club; members and guests only. 6,274 yards from the regular tees, Par 72. Reciprocal play from other private clubs allowed, but on weekends guests must play with a member of the club. Driving range and practice green. Full pro shop and instruction available. Previously home to the LPGA tournament for ten years.
- Green Fees: Around $70 for guests playing with a member. Call the pro shop for information on guest fees, policies and specials. Twilight rates available.
- Clubhouse: Traditional clubhouse with modern amenities and banquet facilities. Available for outside tournaments.
- Community Highlights: This golf community is very active and there is a tennis club here as well. There's always something going on, whether at the pool, the course, the courts or the clubhouse. With so many activities available, you'll never be bored here.
