A Ted Robinson design in 1984, Fairbanks members and their guests can expect a challenging round amidst many palm trees and water hazards. You might remember some of the beautiful estate homes which surround Fairbanks if you watched the 1984 coverage of the Olympics; this was the site of the Olympic Equestrian event. Many of the riding areas and trails are still used today, maintained by an organized group of riders. The course features tough greens surrounded by mounds and palm trees, and there are many water hazards to add to the challenge. Established custom estates start around $1,500,000.
